Building Youth from their Foundation to their Future!

Career Innovations of America LLC youth programming is geared towards helping youth build from their foundation to their future. We recognize that youth want to live in their images and in alignment with their definitions of a successful future. For a successful future, goals must be set today and achieved on their journey! Goals are crucial to keep focused on what’s important and allows youth to make the best use of their 24 hours each day.

CIOA career coaches provide guidance around the process of goal-setting not on determining the specific content of the youth goals. Youth must set their goals that are designed to help frame their lives that gives priorities to family, friends, faith, health, education, profession, wealth and social impact. Youth are encouraged to dream big and obtain big by setting and sticking to goals that win!

CIOA Youth Career Readiness program meets on the first and third Saturday of the month.

Students are currently enrolled preparing for their future!
